A dedicated Aero India 2025 mobile app has been developed to provide live updates, navigation assistance, and event scheduling information. Secure digital communication channels and increased electricity provisions are in place to cater to the higher energy demands during the air show. This includes measures to ensure the safety and reliability of the power supply. The IAF, in coordination with the Airports Authority of India (AAI) and Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), has developed a comprehensive airspace management plan.
