The horrific details of a fatal car accident in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, have sent shockwaves through the community. While six of the victims were from Dehradun, Kukreja was from Himachal Pradesh. Siddhesh Agrawal (25), who had hosted the party, is the sole survivor but remains in critical condition.
