Parveen reported that blood was oozing from the left side of the doctor’s head. The Delhi Police, after reviewing CCTV footage from the hospital’s reception area, dressing room, and gallery, confirmed that the two teenagers were the perpetrators. The assailants had been identified as having previously conducted a reconnaissance of the hospital the previous night when they came for the dressing of the injured toe.
