The program targets individuals aged 21 to 24, offering them the opportunity to intern at the top 500 companies for a duration of one year. The initiative provides a platform for young professionals to gain valuable skills and knowledge from seasoned industry experts. Moreover, interns receive a monthly allowance of Rs 5,000, along with a one-time grant of Rs 6,000.

The application process is streamlined through the online portal, utilizing Aadhaar-based registration and tools for bio-data generation.
