The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has announced the list of bank holidays for November 2024, revealing a total of 13 days when banks will remain closed throughout the month. These closures encompass both public and regional holidays, impacting banking services across the country. In addition to the usual second and fourth Saturdays and all Sundays, an additional eight holidays will be observed under the Negotiable Instruments Act. This includes significant religious and cultural festivals celebrated in different parts of India.

Guru Nanak Jayanti, commemorating the birth of the founder of Sikhism, will also be a bank holiday in several states.
