The Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) has officially announced its second list of candidates for the upcoming Jharkhand assembly elections. This list includes the prominent figure of Rajya Sabha MP Mahua Maji, who will be contesting from the Ranchi constituency. Notably, this is not Maji's first foray into this electoral district; she had previously contested the Ranchi seat in both 2014 and 2019, although she was unsuccessful on both occasions. Her recent political journey saw her elected unopposed to the Rajya Sabha in June 2022, adding another layer to her political career.
