The authorities are taking action to address these threats. Mumbai police have detained a 17-year-old boy who was responsible for multiple bomb threats posted on social media. Civil Aviation Minister K Rammohan Naidu has announced aggressive law enforcement action against perpetrators of recent airline bomb threats, confirming the arrest of the minor in Mumbai. The minister has emphasized his commitment to identifying and prosecuting all individuals responsible for disrupting aviation operations.
The recent incidents highlight the challenges posed by online threats to aviation security.
