A tense encounter between security forces and terrorists in the Kulgam district of Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday resulted in injuries to five individuals, including four security personnel and a traffic police officer. The encounter, which sparked concern and heightened security measures, led to minor injuries for Additional Superintendent of Police (Traffic) Mumtaz Ali. He was struck by a stray bullet near the encounter site. Reports indicate that the four security personnel involved in the anti-terrorist operation also sustained injuries during the confrontation.
