The property, located in Narain Terraces, boasts an impressive value of 30.6 crore rupees, with an accompanying stamp duty of 1.84 crore rupees. The duplex apartment encompasses 276 square meters (approximately 2,971 square feet) and comes equipped with four car parking spaces, spanning 40 square meters (about 431 square feet). The acquisition, which was finalized on September 12th, suggests a strategic move by Prithviraj to solidify his position in the Hindi film industry.
Prithviraj's Bollywood journey began in 2012 with the comedy film 'Aiyya', featuring Rani Mukerji. He later made appearances in action thrillers like 'Aurangzeb' (2013) and 'Naam Shabana' (2017). However, his most recent and high-profile Bollywood venture was the science fiction actioner 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan', released earlier this year.
