The 17th edition of the Summer Paralympics, held in Paris, is drawing to a close on September 8th. The games, which began on August 28th, have showcased exceptional athleticism and determination from athletes across the globe, competing in 549 events across 22 sports. As the final day approaches, Indian athletes are set to make their mark in the para canoe events.
On September 8th, Pooja Ojha, representing India, will compete in the Women’s Kayak Single 200m – KL1 category. She will first participate in the semifinals at 13:30 IST, followed by the final A race at 14:55 IST, subject to qualifying from the semifinals. All eyes will be on Ojha as she strives to bring home a medal for India.
