Passengers allege that they were forced to wait inside the plane for the duration of the delay, with no access to basic amenities like water or food. This situation sparked outrage among passengers, who reported feeling neglected and unsupported by the airline.

IndiGo, in response to the incident, issued a statement acknowledging the delay and cancellation of the flight due to a technical issue. They offered an apology for the inconvenience caused to passengers, emphasizing the extended time lag due to various procedural delays. However, passengers disputed the airline's claims, alleging they were not allowed to disembark the plane despite the delay. They further claimed that no communication or support was provided by airline officials during the ordeal.

Passengers on this flight also expressed frustration with the frequent cancellations on this route in recent months.

The delay and cancellation of flights, particularly when coupled with poor communication and a lack of support from airlines, can be incredibly frustrating.
