The Duleep Trophy 2024 saw a thrilling encounter between India C and India B at the Rural Development Trust Stadium B in Anantapur. India C, fueled by a magnificent batting display, amassed a formidable 525 runs in their first innings, setting a daunting target for India B. Manav Suthar, a crucial contributor, played a significant role in India C's impressive total, scoring a valuable 82 runs. He was well supported by the tail-enders who ensured that India C crossed the 400-run mark, turning the game into a lopsided affair.
The foundation for India C's innings was laid by the opening batsman Ruturaj Gaikwad, who reached his half-century but was dismissed soon after. The tail-enders, led by Suthar and Mayank Markande, displayed commendable resilience and extended the innings, pushing India C to a commanding position.
