A tragic incident unfolded at HCLTechnologies Ltd.'s Nagpur office on Friday evening when a senior analyst, Nitin Edwin Michael, passed away due to a cardiac arrest. The 40-year-old employee was found unresponsive in the office washroom around 7 pm. His colleagues immediately responded, providing emergency care at the on-site clinic before rushing him to All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Nagpur. Sadly, he was declared dead upon arrival at the hospital.
The Nagpur police have registered a case of accidental death and are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident. Initial autopsy reports confirmed that Michael died of cardiac arrest.
