These promises include the creation of two lakh permanent jobs, a drug-free Haryana, free treatment up to Rs 25 lakh, a monthly allowance of Rs 2,000 for women, gas cylinders at Rs 500, a 100-yard plot for the poor, two-room houses at a cost of Rs 3.5 lakh, the restoration of the old pension scheme, a monthly pension of Rs 6,000 for the elderly, widows, and disabled persons, 300 units of free electricity, guaranteed minimum support prices (MSP) for farmers, immediate crop compensation, a caste census, and an increase in the creamy layer limit to Rs 10 lakh.
