This downtime will impact both new and existing appointments. All appointments scheduled for August 30th will be automatically rescheduled, and no new appointments can be booked during this period. The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) has confirmed that the maintenance is a routine procedure designed to ensure the smooth operation of the portal.
Despite the inconvenience caused by the temporary shutdown, the MEA has assured the public that contingency plans are in place to reschedule appointments efficiently.
