In a bizarre incident in Bihar, a woman's husband brought the very snake that had bitten her to the hospital, leaving medical staff bewildered.

The incident took place in the Jhurkhuriya village in Sabour, where Nisha, a 29-year-old woman, was bitten by a snake while cleaning her house.

Upon hearing her cries for help, her husband, Rahul, rushed to her room and discovered the snake hiding behind a picture of a deity.

Acting quickly, Rahul used a stick to pick up the reptile and placed it in a bucket.

By this time, Nisha had fainted.

Rahul then made his wife sit on his motorcycle and hung the bucket containing the snake on the handlebars.

He then rode to the Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College in Bhagalpur district, where he arrived with the snake still in tow.

Upon reaching the hospital, the doctors were astonished to see the snake in the bucket.

Rahul explained the situation, stating, "This snake has bitten my wife, please save her."

The doctors immediately asked Rahul to remove the snake and admitted Nisha to the emergency department for treatment.

They assessed the reptile's venom and administered appropriate medical care.

Thankfully, Nisha's condition is now stable, and the snake remains in the hospital.

The incident highlights the lengths to which people will go to protect their loved ones, even when faced with unusual circumstances.

It also showcases the importance of prompt medical attention in cases of snake bites, as timely treatment can save lives.
