Properties Worth Rs 300 Crore Attached in Cheating Case
  • 300 crore properties attached in cheating case
  • Unsold shops in Noida mall among attached properties
  • ED suspects diverted funds, shady deals

Properties worth nearly Rs 300 crore, including unsold shops and spaces at Noida's Great India Place Mall, have been attached by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in a cheating case.

The action follows complaints filed by the Gurugram Police against International Recreation and Amusement Ltd. and its partners for allegedly collecting over Rs 400 Crore from around 1500 investors by promising homes and shops in Gurugram, but failing to deliver.

The ED suspects that the money was diverted to other companies and individuals for personal gain. They also suspect shady deals by company bosses to avoid paying back investors.
