  • Modi asserted his commitment to fighting corruption and social justice.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a rally in Bihar's Hajipur Lok Sabha constituency on Monday, where he launched a scathing attack on the Opposition and reiterated his government's commitment to fighting corruption.

Modi accused the Opposition of making false accusations against central agencies such as the Enforcement Directorate (ED), claiming that they were being misused by the Centre.

He asserted that the money recovered in raids at the homes of politicians belonged to the country's poor and that his government would continue to fight against corruption.

Modi also targeted the Opposition parties in Bihar, accusing them of allowing extortion and kidnapping to flourish during their rule.

He contrasted this with the NDA government's commitment to social justice, highlighting that 60 percent of Union ministers come from OBC/SC/ST categories.

Modi also reiterated his commitment to protecting reservations for backward classes and said that he would not allow the Opposition to give away reservations to Muslims for vote bank politics.

On the day of the fourth phase of the Lok Sabha elections, Modi urged everyone to vote for the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) to help form a powerful government.

He also visited the Takhat Sri Harimandir Ji Patna Sahib in Patna wearing a Sikh turban and distributed langar (food) to devotees at the Gurdwara.
