Maliwal Slams AAP Leaders, Claims Relatives' Lives Endangered
  • Delhi AAP leaders accused of endangering relatives of Swati Maliwal.
  • Maliwal claims false FIRs and personal details being publicized.
  • Truth will prevail, despite intoxication of power and attempts to discredit her.

Amidst the ongoing probe into Arvind Kejriwal's aide Bibhav Kumar, AAP Member of Parliament and former Delhi Commission for Women chief Swati Maliwal has accused Delhi ministers and Aam Aadmi Party leaders of putting her relatives' lives in danger by tweeting their personal details using their car numbers.

Maliwal took to social media to condemn the actions of Delhi ministers who have been trolling her for speaking the truth. She highlighted that since the previous day, Delhi ministers have been spreading false information about an FIR being filed against her for corruption, alleging that her actions were instigated by the BJP.

Maliwal clarified that the FIR in question was filed eight years ago, in 2016, and that both the Chief Minister and Lieutenant Governor appointed her as the Chairperson of the Women's Commission twice despite this. She emphasized that the case is baseless, with the High Court granting a stay for 1.5 years and acknowledging that no financial transactions had taken place.

Maliwal questioned the sudden change in perception, stating that she was hailed as "Lady Singham" until she filed a complaint against Bibhav Kumar, but is now being labeled a BJP agent.

In addition to the threats against her relatives, Maliwal revealed that the AAP's troll army has been deployed to spread false information about her. She alleged that party members have been instructed to send any personal videos they may have of her, with the intention of leaking them.

Maliwal expressed concern that the Delhi ministers, intoxicated by power, are seeking to discredit her, but emphasized that the truth will ultimately prevail. She vowed to take legal action against those spreading lies about her.

It is important to note that Maliwal's allegations against Bibhav Kumar include assault, which she reported on May 13. According to her FIR, Kumar allegedly screamed at and slapped her multiple times, as well as kicked her in the chest, stomach, and pelvis.

The ongoing situation highlights the complexities of political rivalries and the potential for personal attacks when allegations of corruption or misconduct arise. The use of social media to spread false information and intimidate individuals raises concerns about the erosion of ethical behavior in political discourse.

As the investigation into Bibhav Kumar progresses and more information comes to light, it remains crucial for all parties involved to adhere to due process and refrain from engaging in tactics that could further escalate tensions or jeopardize the safety of individuals.
