Kalki 2898 AD, an upcoming sci-fi film, has unveiled Bujji, a revolutionary robot car that promises to elevate the film's narrative. The film's makers have lauded Mahindra engineers for their invaluable contribution in bringing Bujji to life.

Bujji, an intelligent and dynamic addition to the film, is controlled by the human brain and voiced by Keerthy Suresh. Its impressive specifications include a weight of 6 tons, a power output of 94 kW, a torque of 9800 Newton meters, and a battery capacity of 47 kWh. The car's dimensions are equally remarkable, with a length of 6075 mm, a width of 3380 mm, and a height of 2186 mm. Notably, Bujji runs on two Mahindra e-motors powering the rear spherical wheel.

Mahindra Group Chairman Anand Mahindra expressed his pride in the collaboration, highlighting the innovative spirit of the Kalki 2898 AD team. He revealed that Mahindra's team in Chennai played a pivotal role in simulating the vehicle's powertrain configuration, architecture, and performance.

Kalki 2898 AD, directed by Nag Ashwin, is a highly anticipated sci-fi extravaganza set in the future. The film boasts an illustrious cast that includes Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Deepika Padukone, and Disha Patani. With a budget of Rs 600 crore, Kalki 2898 AD holds the title of the most expensive Indian film to date.

The film's teaser featuring Amitabh Bachchan's character, released during the Indian Premier League match between Kolkata Knight Riders and Royal Challengers Bengaluru, further fueled the excitement surrounding the film.
